Most shoots are delivered within 24–48 hours. For larger properties or packages that include 3D virtual tours and drone footage, delivery may take up to 72 hours. Rush delivery is available upon request.
It's not required, but we recommend having someone available to unlock the property and ensure it's ready. We'll handle everything else — lighting setup, angles, and staging guidance.

We primarily serve the Greater Stroudsburg area and the Pocono Mountains region, including East Stroudsburg, Stroudsburg, Mount Pocono, Tobyhanna, Tannersville, Brodheadsville, and surrounding Monroe County communities. Contact us for shoots outside this region — we do travel for larger projects.
